If you have any concerns about the quality of the product, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should include:<\/p>\n

    \u2714 Name and surname, e-mail address or postal address, phone number.<\/p>\n

    \u2714 Product number and reason for complaint.<\/p>\n

    \u2714 Date of purchase and date of detection of the defect.<\/p>\n

    1. Prepare the shipment for shipping<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      When submitting a complaint, attach all accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase to the shipment.<\/p>\n

      \u2714 Pack the product in such a way that it is properly secured during transport.<\/p>\n

        In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. However, this right does not apply to products made to individual order.<\/p>\n
