Delivery<\/h5>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kianit.jewelry\/en\/strefa-klienta\/\">Do you ship orders abroad?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Yes, orders placed in our store can be shipped abroad.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 International shipping involves additional shipping costs, which depend on the destination country and are calculated individually.<\/p>\n<p>What happens if the parcel is not delivered?<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 UPS &#8211; if the courier does not deliver the parcel the first time, it will make two additional delivery attempts. If the parcel is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to the sender.<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd39 DPD &#8211; if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make two more attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be forwarded to the nearest DPD point, where it will be stored for 5 business days and then returned to the sender.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 InPost (Paczkomat 24\/7) &#8211; if the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, they will try again the next business day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the sender.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Tip: To avoid problems with delivery, make sure you have provided the correct address and phone number.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<h5>2. Order processing and delivery time<\/h5>\n<p>Why does <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kianit.jewelry\/en\/czas-realizacji-zamowien\/\">some orders take<\/a><\/strong> longer to process?<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 The production of high-quality jewelry requires time and precision to make it unique.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Before shipping, each order is inspected at the Assay Office, where it receives a hallmark (in accordance with the Act of April 3, 1993, Journal of Laws No. 55\/1993, item 249).<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 The entire procedure requires additional time, but ensures authenticity and the highest quality of materials.<\/p>\n<p>Can I see the jewelry in person?<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Some products can be seen live in our showroom.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 In the showroom we present a large number of models made of brass and silver with different designs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 All samples are available in two standard sizes &#8211; women&#8217;s and men&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 To check the availability of a specific model, contact our advisor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<h5>5.
