Delivery, returns, warranty and custom orders

1. Delivery

Do you ship orders abroad?

✔ Yes, orders placed in our store can be shipped abroad.

✔ International shipping involves additional shipping costs, which depend on the destination country and are calculated individually.

What happens if the parcel is not delivered?

🔹 UPS – if the courier does not deliver the parcel the first time, it will make two additional delivery attempts. If the parcel is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to the sender.
🔹 DPD – if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make two more attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be forwarded to the nearest DPD point, where it will be stored for 5 business days and then returned to the sender.

🔹 InPost (Paczkomat 24/7) – if the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, they will try again the next business day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

💡 Tip: To avoid problems with delivery, make sure you have provided the correct address and phone number.

2. Changing and personalizing orders

Can I change my order after it has been approved?

✔ Yes, you can change your order within 48 hours of purchase.

✔ The exception are wedding rings made in expedited mode.

Can I order a ring or wedding band according to my own design?

✔ Yes! In our store, you can order jewelry made based on your idea.

✔ Contact us and together we will create the project of your dreams.

3. Jewelry – quality and warranty

Can the products presented in the online store differ from reality?

✔ We guarantee that our rings and wedding rings look even better in real life than in the photos.

✔ All products are handmade, so slight differences are possible.

Can I repair the purchased jewelry?

✔ Yes, if the jewelry purchased in our store is damaged, please contact us.

✔ If the defect is due to our fault, the repair is free of charge.

✔ In the case of mechanical damage caused by the customer, the repair will be possible for an additional fee, adjusted to the individual case.

Who bears the shipping costs for a return or exchange?

✔ If the order was incorrectly completed or the product has a manufacturing defect, after prior contact we will order a courier at our expense.

✔ In other cases, the customer bears the costs of the return or exchange.

Is the jewelry covered by a warranty?

✔ Yes, all our products are brand new and made to order.

✔ We provide a warranty for each product.

✔ If a manufacturing defect is detected, the complaint will be accepted and the product will be repaired or replaced.

4. Order processing and delivery time

Why does some orders take longer to process?

✔ Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order.

✔ The production of high-quality jewelry requires time and precision to make it unique.

✔ Before shipping, each order is inspected at the Assay Office, where it receives a hallmark (in accordance with the Act of April 3, 1993, Journal of Laws No. 55/1993, item 249).

✔ The entire procedure requires additional time, but ensures authenticity and the highest quality of materials.

Can I see the jewelry in person?

✔ Some products can be seen live in our showroom.

✔ In the showroom we present a large number of models made of brass and silver with different designs.

✔ All samples are available in two standard sizes – women’s and men’s.

✔ To check the availability of a specific model, contact our advisor.

5. Prices and VAT

Are the prices given gross?

✔ Yes, all prices are given gross and include 23% VAT.
