Ordering process
1️⃣ Contact us
Choose a convenient way to contact us:
✔ Call or write to us (phone / e-mail / WhatsApp).
✔ Visit our showroom in Warsaw and discuss the details in person.
2️⃣ Place an order
Our specialist will help you choose a model, specify the size, materials, finish and personalization.
3️⃣ Advance payment or transfer of gold
✔ An advance payment is required to start work.
✔ You can also transfer gold, which will be used to make the rings.
4️⃣ Confirmation of design details (for exclusive and premium wedding rings)
✔ If you choose a unique design, our project manager will discuss the ring profile, shape, stone setting and finish with you before production begins.
5️⃣ Final cost calculation
✔ Once the rings are made, the sales consultant will conduct a final quote and issue an invoice for payment.
6️⃣ Payment and delivery
✔ After full payment, we will organize insured and guaranteed delivery of the order.

How to specify the parameters of the wedding rings?
🔹 All the wedding rings on the website are examples of previously completed projects
We do not sell ready-made models – our production allows us to make any wedding rings.
✔ Do you want something unique? Send us a photo of your dream wedding ring and we will make it especially for you!
✔ You provide the photo – we create reality!
🔹 Form on the website
On the KiANIT website, you can fill out a special form and attach a photo of the wedding ring you want to make. Based on it, we will make a quote and determine the lead time.
🔹 Examples and approximate price
On the website, we present examples of previously made wedding rings along with the approximate price at the time of their production. The price depends on:
✔ Size of women’s and men’s wedding rings.
✔ Current price of gold and diamonds.
🔹 Contact us for a quote
If you like a specific model, contact us and provide:
✔ Name of the model.
✔ Sizes of the rings (if you know them).
✔ Engraving, stones, finish (if you want to add them).
We will prepare an approximate quote with a margin of error of +/- 10%. The final price will be confirmed after the project is completed.
🔹 Determining the exact parameters
✔ If you do not know the exact size of your finger, we will send you the measuring tapes after placing your order.
✔ If you are not sure about the width of the ring, we can additionally send measuring tapes for the width, stone size, engraving font and surface finish. This is a complete set for personalizing your rings. To receive an extended set of measuring tapes, you must place an order and pay a deposit of at least € 300. After their return, this amount will be credited to the value of your rings.
🔹 Final confirmation before production
Once the ring profile, width, height, stone size, surface finish and final price have been agreed, we transfer the order to our own production.
🔹 Additional option – 3D model of the ring
On request, we can print a plastic model of the ring on a 3D printer and send it to you for fitting.
✔ You can wear it for a few days to check if the size, width and shape suit you.
✔ Important: Your answer will affect the order processing time.
