Complaints and returns

Please read our store’s regulations, which describe in detail the conditions for exercising the right to complain and return goods.

Complaints

If you have any concerns about the quality of the product, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the complaint form

Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should include:

✔ Name and surname, e-mail address or postal address, phone number.

✔ Product number and reason for complaint.

✔ Date of purchase and date of detection of the defect.

  1. Prepare the shipment for shipping

When submitting a complaint, attach all accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase to the shipment.

✔ Pack the product in such a way that it is properly secured during transport.

  1. Send the parcel

The product under complaint should be sent or delivered in person to one of the following addresses:

After considering the complaint, we will contact you to determine further steps.

Return of goods

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. However, this right does not apply to products made to individual order.

✔ To make a return, fill out the return form and send it to the following address:

✔ All accessories and proof of purchase must be included with the parcel.

Non-returnable products

Custom-made products are non-returnable, including:
❌ Wedding rings (made according to an individual design).

Engraved rings.

❌ Rings with diamonds with an international certificate, if the stone was previously selected by the customer.
