Description

FacetedGra Światławedding rings were created for couples drawn to contemporary geometry and an expressive play of light. The surface of each band is divided into planes set at different angles, allowing the rings to change with every movement of the hand and resemble a faceted gemstone. The combination of white and rose gold highlights the architectural form of the design. The contrast between the metals makes the rings distinctive while preserving their visual harmony and understated premium character. Facets are small flat sections of the surface finished at different angles. Each plane receives and reflects light in its own way, creating a rhythm of bright highlights and deeper shadows. This treatment gives the rings a sense of volume without the need for an elaborate ornament. The metal itself becomes the main decorative element through its form, polished finish and ability to change under different lighting conditions. In daylight, the geometric pattern appears clear and graphic. In softer evening light, the transitions become more subtle and the surface gains depth. Gra Światła therefore reveals its full character not only in photographs, but above all in motion. Thedesign is built around defined lines and interconnected planes. Together, they form a unified rhythm in which every facet retains its own direction while remaining part of the complete composition. This geometry can be seen as a reflection of a relationship between two people. Each person retains their own character, perspective and story, while together theycreate a harmonious whole. The symbolism is not shown literally; it is expressed through the construction and character of the jewellery. Geometric wedding rings suit couples who appreciate contemporary aesthetics and do not want to choose between minimalism and visual impact. The model does not feature a traditional pattern, yet its complex surface immediately draws the eye. Thecontrast between the metals enhances the play of light and emphasises the shape of the rings. White gold creates a cool architectural foundation, while rose gold adds warmth and gives the composition a more personal character. Two-tone wedding rings are easy to combine with other jewellery. They can complement both pieces in white metal and jewellery in warmer gold tones. This is particularly useful when the couple already wears watches, earrings, chains or rings in different metal colours. The combination of tones can also connect both wedding rings as a pair, even when their details differ slightly. A shared colour accent preserves visual unity, while individual elements allow each spouse’s personal style to be reflected. In the presented version, the rings are 7 mm wide. This profile allows the faceted surface to be fully appreciated and makes the transitions between the individual planes clearly visible. This model is suited to couples who value:
  • contemporary geometry and defined lines;
  • two-tone wedding rings;
  • an expressive surface without a traditional ornament;
  • jewellery that changes with the light;
  • a bespoke design with an architectural character.
Before placing an order, it is worthtrying on rings of a similar width. This makes it easier to assess how freely the finger bends, how the ring feels throughout the day and whether the chosen form will be comfortable for regular wear. Gra Światła can be made in gold of different fineness levels and colours or in platinum. Fineness indicates the proportion of precious metal contained in the alloy. It influences the colour, material properties, weight and final calculation of the rings. 585 gold is often selected for wedding rings intended for regular wear. Gold with a fineness of 750 contains a higher proportion of pure gold and has a richer colour. Platinum creates a naturally pale foundation and emphasises the model’s defined geometry. The colour combination can be adapted to the couple’s preferences. White gold gives the design a more graphic and understated appearance, while yellow or rose gold adds warmth. The contrast between two tones highlights the individual elements of the construction and makes the facets appear even more distinctive. Whencreating the pair, we discuss the ring sizes, width, metal, fineness and placement of the colour accents. It is worth deciding in advance whether both rings should match exactly or retain a shared concept with subtle individual differences. During project planning, we consider:
  • the sizes of both rings;
  • the preferred width;
  • the combination of metal colours;
  • the character of the faceted surface;
  • the polished finish and decorative accents;
  • the shape of the inner profile;
  • the wording of a personal engraving.
Thecost is calculated individually and depends on the chosen metal, fineness, weight and details of execution. The final specifications are confirmed after the design has been approved. Gold colours can be compared and wider models tried on during a consultation at theKiANIT showroom in Browary Warszawskie, at Grzybowska 43a in Warsaw. Here, the geometric concept of Gra Światła is adapted to your pair, allowing the rings to interact beautifully with the light while remaining a personal symbol of your life together.
