Description
Strażnicy Miłości dragon wedding rings were custom-made as a symbol of destiny and the everlasting union of two people. Their design brings together Yin and Yang, the Gemini zodiac sign, two dragons, the couple’s hidden initials, and a commemorative engraving. Every detail was chosen by the couple and given a personal meaning.
The Polish name Strażnicy Miłości means “Guardians of Love.” In this design, the guardians are symbols connected with the couple’s story: their names, family name, birth year, spiritual closeness, and the balance between two distinct personalities.
Strażnicy Miłości demonstrates how personalcustom wedding rings can become. There are no random ornaments here. The entire composition was created around two specific people and images that carry meaning for them.
At the centre of the design is Yin and Yang, a symbol of harmony between feminine and masculine energies. Two opposing parts form a single whole, expressing the idea of a relationship in which each person preserves their individuality while the couple creates an inner balance together.
The Gemini symbol is placed within the central motif. Both spouses were born under this zodiac sign, making it another personal detail that connects the rings with their family story. The symbols are not simply applied to the surface. They are integrated into the architecture of the jewellery and gradually reveal themselves as the hand moves.
Two dragons appear on either side of the central composition. For the owners of the rings, they are connected with 1988, the birth year of both spouses. Within the couple’s personal symbolism, the dragons represent strength, wisdom, and the protection of love.
The figures are incorporated into a flowing ornament and directed towards the central symbol. The light-coloured relief stands out against the contrasting background, revealing the silhouettes, curved bodies, and finer details of the design.
Dragon wedding rings can express different meanings:
- the inner strength of a family;
- protection of the shared union;
- wisdom gained through years lived together;
- loyalty to a chosen path;
- the bond between two independent personalities.
In a bespoke project, the meaning of a symbol is always defined by the couple. A dragon may be connected with family history, cultural heritage, an important date, or an image understood only by two people.
One of the most personal features of Strażnicy Miłości is the initials hidden within the lines of the dragons. The letters O and S are incorporated into their whiskers and represent the names Oksana and Stas. The letter B is concealed in the tails and refers to the family name Baroma.
These details are not immediately visible to an outside observer. They become part of the ornament, preserving a private message within an expressive composition. This is what makes personalised wedding rings so distinctive: meaningful words and symbols do not have to be obvious to everyone.
Strażnicy Miłości are wide wedding rings with a complex sculptural surface. This format provides enough space to show the dragons, central symbols, and hidden letters in detail without separating them into unrelated decorative elements.
The contrast between the light metal and dark background emphasises the depth of the relief. As the hand turns, individual lines become brighter and then move back into shadow. The rings therefore look different in motion and gradually reveal the details of their design.
The warm tone of gold along the edges softens the expressive central section and brings the composition together. The visual character of the design can be adapted by choosing the fineness,metal colour, intensity of the texture, and placement of personal elements.
The creation of this model began with a conversation with the clients. At this stage, the symbolism, style, materials, and placement of the dragons were discussed. Sketches were then prepared, taking into account not only the decorative details but also the shape, proportions, and comfort of the rings.
Once the concept had been approved, adigital 3D model was created. It made it possible to view the future jewellery from different angles, assess the composition, and refine individual details before working with precious metal.
The following stages included creating a wax model,casting, surface finishing, refinement of the relief, engraving, and final polishing.
Strażnicy Miłości were createdfor one particular family, but the idea of personalisation is not limited to a single composition. A bespoke project can be built around your own story and filled with symbols connected with your relationship.
During a consultation, you can discuss:
- the symbols and images to be included in the rings;
- initials, a family name, or an important date;
- the placement of hidden letters and motifs;
- the character of the relief and ornament;
- the width and proportions of each ring;
- 585 or 750 gold, or 950 platinum;
- combinations of precious-metal colours;
- a personal engraving.
A pair of wedding rings does not have to be identical. One ring may be more expressive and the other more restrained, while both retain the same symbolism, metal, and visual character.
A wide wedding ring feels different on the finger from a slim, classic design. It touches a larger area of the skin, so choosing the correct size involves more than measuring the finger circumference. The width of the ring, itsprofile, and the preferred fit should also be considered.
Professional ring sizers help determine whether a ring passes comfortably over the knuckle and sits correctly at the base of the finger. Accurate fitting is especially important for complex personalised designs because the decorative composition and proportions are developed for the selected size.
Strażnicy Miłości were made at KiANIT’s own production facility in Warsaw. We guide eachbespoke project from the initial discussion and modelling through metalwork, relief detailing, and the final finishing of the jewellery.
Thecost of wedding rings is calculated individually. It depends on the selected metal, fineness, ring sizes, final weight, complexity of the modelling, and number of personalised details.
The concept can be discussed at theKiANIT showroom in Browary Warszawskie at Grzybowska 43A. We also work remotely with clients from other Polish cities and European Union countries. The concept, sizes, metal, and symbolism of the future rings can all be agreed online.
Strażnicy Miłości are more than dragon wedding rings. They are the story of Oksana and Stas preserved in gold through Yin and Yang, the Gemini sign, family initials, and images of the guardians of love. Your own story can also be expressed through personal symbols that are meaningful, recognisable, and created exclusively for two.
